"First Step Session" is introductory workshop.
You will learn basic instructions on how to play Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®, how to care for your bowls and basic playing techniques. In addition, you will learn how to meditate with the sounds of a crystal bowls and incorporate sound healing into your everyday life. You will find out why Alchemy Bowls are so attractive and of the best quality. * Theories of Crystal Singing Bowls * How to handle crystal bowls * How to choose a crystal bowls * How to play crystal bowls in several ways * How to meditate with crystal bowls * Certification of completion will provided for the healing training course and some other services.
